We are looking for a creative, proactive, and commercially minded to develop ideas and initiatives that increase revenue, foot traffic, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

You will work across events, brand activations, partnerships, collaborations, campaigns, and commercial initiatives to create new opportunities for our property and brands.
Job Desk / Responsibilities
- Develop creative ideas and strategies to increase revenue, foot traffic, and brand awareness, that create value for both parties.
- Create and execute events, activations, campaigns, and experiences that attract customers, help with tennat sales and customer traffic.
- Identify and approach potential brand collaborations and partnership opportunities.
- Explore sponsorship opportunities and develop commercial proposals.
- Identify opportunities to monetize events, spaces, campaigns, and other property assets.
- Research current trends, consumer behavior, events, brands, and concepts that could be applied to the property.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, budgets, and activation plans.
- Monitor the performance of each activation and evaluate its impact on traffic, awareness, tenant performance, partnerships, and revenue.
- Continuously look for new ideas, opportunities, and ways to make the property more relevant and exciting to customers.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand activation, business development, events, partnerships, commercial, F&B, retail, hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience organizing events, activations, collaborations, or partnerships is a plus.
- A strong portfolio or examples of previous projects/activations is highly valued.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional creativity, initiative, networking skills, and relevant organizational/project experience may also be considered.
