  • Manage pricing, quotation, tender preparation, and order acceptance processes.
  • Review cost, margin, and pricing structures to ensure accurate and profitable quotations.
  • Maintain price lists, cost matrices, and quotation templates for consistency and efficiency.
  • Coordinate RFQ, tender documents, and commercial proposals within agreed timelines.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Legal teams to resolve pricing, order, and contract matters.
  • Review commercial contracts, agreements, and NDAs to identify legal, financial, and business risks.
  • Improve sales and quotation processes, controls, documentation, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, pricing, quotation, tender, commercial operations, or sales support.
  • Strong finance exposure, especially in cost analysis, margin calculation, budgeting, pricing, or commercial finance.
  • Experience in preparing quotations, tenders, commercial proposals, or contract terms.
  • Good understanding of commercial contracts, business risk, and basic contract/legal principles.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Good communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
