Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Yogyakarta for Command Center (RTFM) at Agent & Co. The Command Center staff will be responsible for monitoring and managing real-time operations of contact center agents, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, analyzing performance data, and handling any operational issues that arise. The role may also involve coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth workflows and optimal service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Min 1 year experience in Command Center Operations and Real-Time Monitoring
• Data Analysis and Performance Management skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Proficiency in using contact center software and tools
• Experience in the contact center industry is a plus
