Collections Manager

Responsible for managing and optimizing all collection activities across branches to ensure alignment with company policies, regulatory requirements, and management targets. This role focuses on maintaining portfolio quality, reducing delinquency levels, and maximizing recovery through effective and ethical collection strategies.

The Collections Manager is accountable for:

-Developing, reviewing, and adjusting collection strategies in response to business dynamics, risk profiles, and external changes.

-Overseeing the performance of collection teams and third-party agencies to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and service standards.

-Analyzing portfolio and collection performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

-Collaborating with Risk, Legal, Operations, and other related functions to ensure efficient and compliant collection processes.

-Driving continuous improvement initiatives to achieve sustainable collection targets through data-driven decision-making.
