About Our Leadership

Our leadership team includes Mikhil Innani, former Co-founder of PharmEasy and ex-Product Head at Hotstar, and Diksha Nangia, a former banker and CFA Charterholder.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Collections Associate to support collections operations and improve repayment performance through data analysis, collection agency management, and effective borrower communication.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who can combine analytical thinking with hands-on execution to drive collections performance.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor collections performance, analyse trends, and identify opportunities to improve recoveries.
Manage collection agencies, including portfolio allocations, target setting, and performance reviews.
Prepare MIS reports, analyse collections data, and build dashboards using Excel, SQL, or BI tools.
Manage borrower escalations and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
Support collections campaigns and identify opportunities to improve repayment performance.
Drive process improvements through data-driven insights and operational execution.

Requirements

Minimum 6 years of collections experience in the NBFC/BFSI sector.
Hands-on experience in tele-collections operations and collection agency management.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, with working knowledge of basic SQL or BI tools.
Experience managing collections campaigns, borrower communication, and escalations.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
