Job Description

Responsibilities:
Create a work plan for the development of training for the collection and recovery team (including curriculum & training materials, creating quizzes, written tests, and role-plays), and prepare training reports for submission.
Responsible for providing training to new agents.
Responsible for providing refresher training related to the work program.
Ensure the training program is completed according to the standardized timeline and requirements.
Follow up on QA results to meet training needs.
Analyze training results periodically to report to management, identifying areas that need improvement or strengthening.
Stay updated with new banking products.
Validate the SOP process flow.

Requirements:

Minimum of an Associate's degree (D3) to Bachelor's degree (S1).
At least 3 years of experience as a Trainer in Collection/Asset Recovery Training.
Good knowledge of Collection & Recovery.
Experienced in developing training modules.
Strong public speaking skills.
Understanding of banking industry regulations & procedures.
Ability to analyze skill gaps and the needs of each collection agent.
