Collection Staff

Job Description

• Job DescriptionExecute end-to-end collection operations, including payment processing and refund administration.
• Monitor transactions, reconcile data, and prepare accurate daily operational reports.
• Provide Treasury Helpdesk support to resolve operational issues for branch offices.
• Analyze collection data and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Participate as a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) user for system development projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in collections, preferably within the life insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of Auto Debit, Payment Operations, and Big Data analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Table, Lookup Functions, Macro/VBA).
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
