Collection Project

Job description:

• Conduct periodic reviews of collection performance to assess cost-effectiveness of collection activities.
• Analyse collection performance and propose relevant initiatives to improve results.
• Identify collection-related issues in systems or operations and provide solutions to address them.
• Initiate the development and updates of internal policies for the Collection & AR Division to ensure all agent operations and collection activities are properly documented.
• Prepare required data and documentation to support Collection & AR Division projects.

Job requirement:

• Bachelor's degree from any major
• Minimal 3 (Three) years relevant experience in Banking or Financial Industry
• Understands banking industry regulations and business processes.
• Proficient in data analysis, reporting and banking policy
• Proficient in Excel & SQL
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skill
