Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collection & Ops Data Analyst position at PT Mitra Kasih Perkasa (MKP) in Denpasar Bali. The Collection & Ops Data Analyst will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, communicating with clients regarding outstanding invoices, and ensuring timely collections to optimize cash flow.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field

- 1-3 years of experience in AR Collection, Operational Data Recon, Finance operations

- Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are also encouraged to apply

- Experience in industries such as Travel & Tourism, hospitality, fintech, or tech company is a plus

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in AR Collection, aging AR, payment follow-up, and case escalation

- Strong data analysis and verification skills

- Experience with data reconciliation, including identifying and correcting discrepancies

- Ability to create daily/weekly/monthly reports on AR aging, collection performance, transaction reconciliation, and operational gap findings

- Advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills (Vlookup/Xlookup, Pivot Table, If, Text formulas)

- Basic understanding of financial accounting principles, particularly accounts receivable and revenue recognition

- Willingness to work mobile

- Based in Denpasar, Bali
