Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to project teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and handle project communications.
  • Monitor project timelines and flag potential risks or delays.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in project coordination is a plus!
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Required language: English or Mandarin will be a plus point.
