Collaboration Product Management - Expert

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, IT, Information Systems, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management.
• Proven experience in developing and launching digital products.
• Strong understanding of SaaS, productivity tools, digital collaboration solutions, and technology industry trends.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management within the Telecommunications/IT industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing external technology partners.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage product roadmaps aligned with business objectives
• Conduct user research and market analysis to identify customer needs and growth opportunities
• Define product requirements, prioritize features, and prepare BRD/PRD documents
• Lead product releases and launches with cross-functional teams
• Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies
• Monitor product performance, including revenue, adoption, churn, and NPS
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify product differentiation opportunities
• Evaluate business cases, profitability, and ROI of new initiatives
• Build and manage strategic partnerships to support product growth
