As a
Cold Chain Controller Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that all cold chain processes—from receiving to delivery—run smoothly and comply with temperature standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and leverage data to maintain product quality across the supply chain.
Job Description
- Monitor and ensure temperature compliance across receiving, storage, and dispatch processes
- Utilize data logger systems & GPS monitoring tools for real-time tracking
- Identify, investigate, and report any cold chain deviations
- Prepare daily reports & dashboards to support operational decisions
- Conduct risk analysis to improve cold chain processes
- Collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, linehaul, transporter)
- Ensure adherence to quality control & compliance standards
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree (Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related)
- Basic understanding of Cold Chain Management & monitoring systems (GPS/data logger)
- Strong analytical & Excel skills
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
- Good communication & teamwork skills
- HACCP knowledge/certification is a plus
