About the Company

We work with some of the country's leading insurers, bringing AI into real production environments where accuracy, reliability, security, and execution matter.

About the Role

You'll rotate across Project, Product and Commercial, with a mentor and a defined deliverable in each function. You'll work with real data and learn how decisions affect the business process.

What are we looking for

• Final-year student or fresh graduate (S1) from reputable university of any field, preferably background in System Information or Engineering
• Clear verbal & written communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Attention to detail and willingness to flag things that don't add up
• Curiosity and openness to working outside your main area of experience
• Availability for the full six months, on-site during company working hours

Strong Advantage

• Experience using AI tools
• Has run something end to end: a campus organization, an event, a student business
• Previous internship experience in commercial, project delivery or product

Working Arrangement
