About The Role
We're hiring Code Review Specialists to evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability. If you can read and understand code, we want your feedback.

- Type: Hourly Contract
- Compensation: $40–$120 /hour
- Location: Remote
- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated code in Python, JavaScript, or other languages
- Identify bugs, logical errors, and inefficiencies
- Rate code quality using structured evaluation rubrics
- Suggest improvements and explain your reasoning clearly
- Work across a variety of programming challenges and difficulty levels
Who You Are
- Ability to read and understand code in at least one programming language
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Clear written communication to explain technical concepts
- Self-taught developers and coding hobbyists welcome
- No computer science degree or professional experience required
