Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Co-Teacher at Starland Preschool and Kindergarten, located in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. The Co-Teacher will collaborate closely with the Lead Teacher to plan and implement engaging educational activities, create a positive and nurturing classroom environment, and support children throughout their learning journey.

The role involves assisting with lesson delivery, engaging students in interactive and meaningful learning experiences, and maintaining classroom organization. Additional responsibilities include fostering effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues to support a holistic learning environment.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Education, Psychology, English, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are very welcome we love growing together
• Experience in early childhood education is a plus, but not a must
• Warm, positive communication and good interpersonal skills
• A genuine love for children and passion for their growth and development
• Degree or relevant certification in Education or a related field is an advantage
