Honest context: PMA + OCBC Indonesia account open; zero paying merchants (01); Charles is a foreigner who does not speak Indonesian and cannot street-sell.

Mission: Stand up agent/reseller network so product reaches UMKM through local partners — not personal closing of every deal.

Must-haves:

• Mobilizable UMKM/merchant/channel network

• Evidence of building distribution/agent systems (not only personal quota)

• Fluent Indonesian

• Based in Bandung or Jakarta

• Comfortable with early-stage equity-only + milestones

Not a fit: lone closers; need fixed high cash salary; no local network; title collectors.
