Product & Engineering — roughly 70% of your time

• Own the end-to-end architecture of the overseas Shen Deng AI stack: mobile client, AI agent orchestration, multi-language NLU, PMS integrations and cloud infrastructure
• Ship the first overseas market release, Indonesia first, then Europe
• Build and lead a distributed engineering team of 5–15 people across time zones
• Work closely with the HQ engineering team in Shenzhen and Hangzhou to reuse the core platform rather than fork it

Growth & Go-to-Market — roughly 30% of your time

• Own the technical side of overseas GTM: ASO, landing pages, growth instrumentation and funnel analytics
• Partner with local operations to localise the product for Indonesia, Japan and Europe
• Define and hit quarterly milestones across DAU, properties onboarded and ARR
