Role and Strategic Mandate

As Co-Founder & Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you will operate as a primary architect of our commercial destiny. Sitting alongside the Board of Directors, you will be tasked with defining the long-term strategic trajectory of the firm, architecting a resilient commercial infrastructure, and leading a high-impact, holistic market penetration strategy. Your mandate is divided into three critical pillars:

1. Commercial Formulation & Strategic Leadership: You will be responsible for the sophisticated design and execution of a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy that effectively addresses the nuanced requirements of two distinct market spectrums:

  • High-Velocity SME Market Penetration: You will architect a scalable sales engine tailored for the SME and creative sectors. This involves optimizing for rapid conversion cycles, high-frequency transactions, and sustained market share acquisition through digital-first engagement models.
  • Enterprise Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Simultaneously, you will cultivate high-value corporate prospects, directing complex, long-term transaction cycles that require high-touch consultancy and sniper precision in solution design.
  • Organizational Scaling & Resource Allocation: A critical component of this role is the strategic management of liquidity. You will utilize the consistent cash flow generated from high-velocity SME penetration to fund the progressive expansion of a dedicated internal Business Development (BD) team. This team will act as your tactical arm, enabling you to focus your executive efforts on high-level Enterprise lobbying and strategic closures.

2. Integrated Operational Analysis: You will lead comprehensive, high-stakes evaluations to deconstruct and analyze the operational bottlenecks facing business leaders today. This is not a standard sales process; it is a clinical diagnosis of corporate health. You will identify systemic pain points—from intricate tax compliance risks to fragmented communication silos—and articulate how Qonsultan's integrated ecosystem can provide a unified, curative resolution that enhances overall organizational efficiency and profitability.

3. Ecosystem & Partnership Development: You will be the primary liaison for identifying and executing elite collaboration opportunities with external B2B entities to amplify Qonsultan's market reach. This includes formulating highly sophisticated, Digital Headquarter solution packages designed to deliver measurable, transformative value to the client's operational bottom line, ensuring that our value proposition remains unparalleled in the marketplace.

Strategic Compensation Structure:

To reflect the gravity of your leadership role, we have designed a meritocratic, transitional compensation model that harmonizes immediate operational support with significant long-term wealth creation:

  • Corporate Equity & Share Allocation: As a Co-Founder, you are projected to hold substantial equity ownership rights. This allocation represents your stake in the future valuation of the company. The specific structure of this equity grant will be aligned with our internal valuation benchmarks and discussed with full transparency during the final executive interview stage to ensure a mutual long-term commitment.
  • Executive Retainer & Scaling Salary Projection: During the critical initial penetration phase, your professional stability will be guaranteed through a baseline Executive Retainer. As the commercial infrastructure stabilizes and predefined revenue milestones are achieved, this retainer will be restructured into a premium, corporate-standard Fixed Base Salary, reflecting the maturing scale of the organization.
  • Direct Profit Sharing (Strategic Performance Yield): We believe in rewarding the primary drivers of growth. Your short-to-medium-term financial incentives will be derived from a highly aggressive profit-sharing model:

Executive Qualifications

  • Professional Pedigree: A distinguished track record of at least 7-10 years in commercial leadership roles within B2B sales, top-tier management consulting, or advanced IT/SaaS sectors. You must demonstrate a history of successfully navigating diverse client portfolios, from agile startups to complex Enterprise conglomerates.
  • The Founder's Mentality: We require more than just an executive; we require an owner. This means possessing an unwavering resilience, a 10-year strategic horizon, and the psychological maturity to thrive within the inherent ambiguities of a high growth scaling phase.
  • Absolute Executive Presence: You must possess the gravitas and articulate communication prowess required to command a room of C-suite decision-makers. Your ability to negotiate complex, high-value contracts with technical and commercial precision is non-negotiable.
  • Architectural Leadership: Proven experience in building organizational structures from the ground up—not just managing teams, but recruiting, training, and mentoring high-performing commercial units that consistently exceed aggressive targets.
