Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bali, Indonesia, for a Cluster Wedding Specialist. Responsible for BSCC and The Luna Uluwatu. The specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of wedding events, including planning, coordination, and execution. Duties include liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams to design seamless and memorable wedding experiences. This role involves developing wedding packages, managing budgets, and ensuring impeccable service quality. The specialist will also manage timelines, oversee dcor and setups, and address client needs to deliver exceptional weddings that exceed expectations.

• Strong Communication and Client Relationship Management skills
• Budget Management and Strong Organizational abilities
• Flexibility and Problem-Solving skills to address last-minute client requests
• Attention to Detail and Creative Vision for designing unique wedding concepts
• Proficiency in event scheduling and logistics management
• Previous experience in the hospitality or event management industry is highly desired
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field is preferred
