As Cluster Stewarding Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the steward department's operations to ensure the efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and food service areas. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining high levels of hygiene, safety, and organization within the Food and Beverage department
Qualifications
This position is only for Indonesian
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Stewarding supervisory or management role within a luxury resort environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Extensive knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, food safety, and occupational health & safety standards.
- Proven ability to manage stewarding operations, manpower planning, and workflow efficiency.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multiple departments
- Experience in inventory control, equipment maintenance, and cost management.
- Ability to analyze operational needs and implement process improvements.
- Good understanding of environmental sustainability, waste management, and recycling practices.
