In this remote-based role, the successful candidate will serve as a vital link between the capital's corporate, government, and leisure sectors and the hotels, driving positive business contributions through proactive sales solicitation and relationship management. By focusing on the unique demands of the Greater Jakarta area, the Cluster Sales Manager will ensure a consistent flow of revenue and brand awareness for the Ubud and Legian properties, maximizing their market share within Indonesia's most influential business hub.

Role Description

As a Cluster Sales Manager, you will oversee sales activities for multiple properties, driving business growth through strategic planning, relationship management, and tailored marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include identifying sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and building strong relationships with clients to ensure healthy occupancy and revenue. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective sales strategies. This is a full-time role located in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Knowledge of Market Analysis, Competitive Positioning, and Revenue Growth Strategies
• Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
• Proficiency in CRM Software and Data Analysis Tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment
• Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and market trends
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency preferred
