- Proven track record in driving sales performance and achieving revenue targets within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Strong experience in luxury villas, resorts, or high-end hospitality operations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies, business development initiatives, and market penetration plans.
- Strong network within the travel industry, including travel agents, wholesalers, corporate accounts, and key industry partners.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce, online distribution channels, digital marketing, and revenue optimization.
- Strong capability in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue planning.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends, sales opportunities, and revenue growth strategies.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to generating business and maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
