Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuta for a Cluster E-Commerce Executive. The role involves overseeing the management of online sales channels, developing e-commerce strategies, analyzing sales data, and optimizing online platforms to enhance revenue. Responsibilities also include managing relationships with online partners, coordinating campaigns, executing promotions, and supporting the overall commercial success of the hotel's e-commerce operations.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate online sales data and performance metrics.
• Experience in account management to build and maintain partner relationships.
• Proven ability in sales and sales management, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
• Team management skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and lead initiatives effectively.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online booking systems is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools and e-commerce technologies is beneficial.
