Job Description

Cluster Branch Manager – Operations

Location: Jakarta

About the Role

Travelio is looking for a highly driven Cluster Branch Manager to lead end-to-end property operations across multiple clusters. This role is responsible for delivering excellent guest experience, maintaining operational excellence, leading large operational teams, and ensuring every property meets Travelio's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily operations across multiple properties within the assigned cluster.
- Ensure operational excellence in Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, Inventory, and Guest Experience.
- Drive occupancy readiness and unit quality before guest arrival.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and service quality.
- Analyze operational KPIs, customer reviews, complaint trends, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and develop Supervisors and operational teams to achieve performance targets.
- Ensure SOP implementation, compliance, and continuous operational improvement.
- Coordinate closely with Customer Service, Owner Relations, Engineering, Billing, and other support departments.
- Handle escalated operational issues and execute preventive action plans.
- Foster a strong culture of accountability, ownership, discipline, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel or hospitality operations.
- Experience as Executive Housekeeper, Assistant Housekeeping Manager, Front Office Manager, Rooms Division Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of Housekeeping, Front Office, Rooms Division, and hotel operational standards.
- Proven experience leading large operational teams.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Familiar with operational systems and KPI-driven management.
