Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clubhouse Manager located in Lembang, West Java.
The Clubhouse Manager will oversee the daily operations of the entire clubhouse ecosystem, ensuring smooth coordination between hospitality, wellness, sport, and recreational departments.
The role requires someone hands-on, highly organized, commercially aware, and experienced in managing premium guest experiences within fast-paced environments.
The successful candidate will work closely with ownership and management to help shape the operational culture, service standards, and long-term growth of the project.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all clubhouse daily operations and guest experience
• Manage and coordinate teams across F&B, wellness, spa, recovery, golf, and sport activities
• Develop SOPs, operational systems, and service standards
• Supervise padel operations including bookings, events, tournaments, and community activities
• Coordinate golf-related guest activities and operational flow
• Ensure wellness and recovery facilities maintain premium standards at all times
• Monitor staff performance, scheduling, training, and team development
• Work closely with management on memberships, activations, partnerships, and events
• Manage operational reporting, budgets, and cost efficiency
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and operational consistency across all departments
• Handle guest feedback and continuously improve service quality
Qualifications
• This position is open to Indonesian citizens/local candidates only
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality, lifestyle, wellness, sport club, or luxury leisure operations
• Strong leadership and multi-department management experience
• Experience managing premium guest or member-based environments is highly preferred
• Strong operational, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of hospitality service standards and team management
• Commercial awareness with the ability to improve operational performance
• Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
