Requirements:

* Preferably with at least 1 year of customer service experience

* Enthusiastic, strong Sales & Customer Service/Hospitality skills

* Excellent communication skills

* Proficient English, speaking and writing

* Willing to work in shifting schedules, working on holidays and weekends

* Ability to work as part of a team

* Good problem-solving skills with a calm and patient attitude
