Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or other relevant field
Proven experience and aptitude in similar role for 3+ years.
Strong knowledge of cloud computing technologies and current computing trends, with special focus to Microsoft Azure and AWS technology
Able to articulate Microsoft and AWS solutions such as Azure Security, Microsoft Entra, O/M365, Defender solutions, Amazon EC2, AWS Lambda, and AWS Fargate among other items
Competent with Microsoft Office applications i.e. Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
Ability to perform under pressure and tight time constraints; be able to work under limited guidance in line with a broad plan, or strategy; Leadership, teamwork, commitment, and service excellence personal qualities
Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to properly articulate complicated cloud reports to management and other IT development partners
Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work
Job Descriptions:
Perform Day-2 operational activities across AWS and Azure cloud environments
Monitor and maintain the availability, health, performance, and capacity of cloud services
Operate production workloads and infrastructure according to defined SLAs, SLOs, and operational procedures
Operate and troubleshoot Azure services such as Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Storage, Azure SQL, Load Balancer/Application Gateway, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Monitor, and Recovery Services
Troubleshoot connectivity between cloud services, on-premises environments, and between AWS and Azure
Monitor infrastructure and cloud services using native and enterprise monitoring platforms
Analyze metrics, logs, events, alerts, and performance data to identify potential issues
