About the role

Clinical Specialist - Indonesia

In this role, you will provides clinical and technical expertise to support the effective adoption of our consumable products by delivering clinical education and product training, providing ongoing customer and channel partner support, collaborating with Sales and Marketing on product launches and market development, building relationships with KOLs and dental institutions, and sharing clinical and competitive insights to support business strategy.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Education & Training

• Deliver clinical training, workshops, product demonstrations and scientific presentations to dental professionals and channel partners.
• Translate product knowledge into practical clinical benefits, techniques and applications.
• Maintain strong clinical and technical knowledge across the Kerr portfolio and develop relevant training materials.

Commercial & Field Support

• Partner with Sales and Marketing on customer visits, clinical evaluations, product launches and market-development activities.
• Train and support channel partners to strengthen product knowledge and clinical capability.
• Provide clinical support at congresses, exhibitions and professional dental events.

KOL & Professional Engagement

• Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, universities, dental schools and professional organizations.
• Support KOL programs, workshops, study clubs and other clinical education initiatives.
• Identify emerging clinical trends and customer needs in the Indonesian dental market.

Market Insights

• Gather clinician and channel-partner feedback on products, clinical needs and competitors.
• Share market and clinical insights to support product positioning, education and commercialization strategies.

What You'll Bring

• Degree in Dentistry, Dental Science, Dental Technology or related healthcare/scientific field. Dental clinical qualification is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in clinical dentistry, dental education, dental products or medical/dental devices.
• Experience in restorative dentistry, endodontics and/or clinical product training preferred.
• Experience delivering clinical training, workshops, demonstrations or presentations.
• Strong presentation, communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging dentists, KOLs and academic institutions.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with good written and spoken English.
• Strong clinical credibility with the ability to translate technical information into practical clinical applications.
• Proactive, customer-focused and collaborative, with the ability to work independently in a commercial environment.
• Willing to travel frequently within Indonesia and occasionally within the region.
