Clinical Research Unit (CRU)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor all clinical research activities at Mayapada Hospital, including feasibility, ongoing, and completed studies.
• Coordinate feasibility assessments and clinical trial site selection with investigators and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate and compliant submission of study-related data to Sponsors/CROs in accordance with study protocols, GCP, regulations, and SOPs.
• Support the effective execution of clinical trials while ensuring participant safety, rights, and data integrity.
• Maintain confidentiality of research data and study participants at all times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Health Sciences-related field; Medical Doctor (MD) qualification is preferred.
• Prior experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) or Study Coordinator is preferred (approximately 1–2 years in clinical trial research).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in additional languages will be an advantage.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
