Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major
- Min. 2 years experience as Supervisor
- Excellent skill in communication
- Experience in Healthcare industry is an advantage
- Passionate about customer satisfaction
- Willing to work on shift schedule
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to escalate clinic sales and meet financial targets
- Promote clinic services and attract new clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Arrange and manage team shifts to optimize productivity and client service
- Prepare and present regular reports on clinic performance, sales, and client feedback
