Bumame is looking for a Clinic Supervisor to join our Operations team as we expand our outreach and services. Clinic Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficient service delivery, high-quality patient care, and optimal business performance. This role oversees operational processes, drives cross-selling initiatives, ensures inventory accuracy, and continuously improves customer experience in collaboration with our Operations, Growth, and Marketing teams.
Job Description
- Execute and oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and adherence to service standards
- Accountable for managing routine operational tasks and resolving basic issues
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations
- Drive clinic revenue through effective cross-selling of services and products
- Execute promotional campaigns and ensure frontline staff are aligned with sales initiatives
- Ensure a high standard of patient experience across all touchpoints
- Handle customer feedback and resolve escalated complaints effectively
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure availability of medical and non-medical supplies
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and management
- Support communication between clinic teams and stakeholders
- Analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (operations, business, healthcare management preferred)
- 46 years experience managing service operations
- 23 years experience leading cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple service workflows simultaneously
- Strong customer experience management capability
- Experience coordinating different service teams or departments
- Ability to prioritize and schedule different service types
- Strong communication and coordination across teams
- Experience working in premium service environments is preferred
- Ability to manage moderate operational complexity relevant field (operations, management, healthcare, hospitality, etc.)
