Clinic Doctor (Dokter Klinik)

Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated Clinic Doctor who is not only passionate about providing top-tier medical care but also possesses a strong business mindset. You will serve as the trusted medical expert for our patients while actively contributing to the clinic's growth and revenue.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive, accurate medical consultations, diagnoses, and treatments.
• Educate patients and proactively recommend relevant Bumame health packages, tests, or services to support the company's business goals.
• Build trust and comfort by delivering medical information in a clear, friendly, and empathetic manner.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the clinic team (nurses, administration, etc.) to ensure smooth daily operations and strict adherence to healthcare standards.
  
  

Requirements

• Education: Medical Doctor degree with an active Medical Registration Certificate (STR).
• Experience: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
• Mandatory Certifications: Must hold valid ACLS and BTLS certificates.
• Possess commercial awareness and a proactive drive to help boost clinic revenue.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on patient satisfaction.
• Able to work well both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
