Job Description

An investment company is looking for a Client Support Manager who will be the first point of contact for clients. You will represent the voice of the company, answering existing clients questions about products and services, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. We rely on our managers to provide insights that help the company build client-oriented solutions and products.

This position is remote (without possibility to work from Russia and Belarus), with collaboration across teams and the possibility of visiting the Tashkent office when required.

Responsibilities

  • Remote client communication: Conducting video calls, phone calls, and online meetings with clients. Supporting customers throughout the onboarding process.
  • Client journey coordination: Working closely with product, support, and compliance teams to ensure each stage of the customer journey meets expectations.
  • Document collection and verification: Ensuring clients meet onboarding criteria and managing the account opening process remotely.
  • Client support and inquiries: Responding promptly to client requests and questions via email and chat communication channels.
  • Customer feedback analysis: Proactively gathering and analyzing customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and enhance overall client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluent English and Russian, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in the financial industry is desirable.
  • A degree in finance or economics will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong passion for customer service and well-developed problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to self-manage, work independently, and adapt to a fast-changing remote environment.
