Job Description

We're hiring! We are looking for a Client Services Executive, Claims to join our Reinsurance business in Jakarta, Indonesia.

What the day will look like

Support claims matters

  • Input all Notification/PLA/DLA into system
  • Data migration from legacy system to GRU Indonesia
  • Communication and management of internal and external collaborators expectations
  • Build client relationship in tandem with Client Relationship Manager, working as a Client Team

Support carrier meeting for specific claims

  • Support claims data analysis and reporting. Monitor claims SLAs and take accountability for performances.
  • Issue claims/cash calls in accordance with contract terms and SLA
  • Submission of claims supporting documents within 1 working day of receipt from the clients to the reinsurers

Adhoc matters

  • Actively engage with Finance colleagues for the efficient collection of balances
  • Actively engage with Regional Client Services team to ensure alignment to Global Standardization and Best Practice
  • Any other duties as required by the management.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

  • Preferably 2 years of experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Degree or equivalent experience required, specifically in Finance, Accounting, Math or related field.
  • Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to deliver under pressure in a high intensity and fast paced multinational environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders at all levels within Indonesia and globally
  • Excellent organization, prioritization and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently
  • Professional demeanour and collaborative team player
