Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle client inquiries professionally.
- Experience in customer service, sales support, or banking/financial services preferred.
- Experience in the securities industry is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formatting, simple formulas).
- High attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Job Description:
- Provide frontline customer service to clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and account management.
- Support sales teams in preparing proposals, transaction documents, and client presentations.
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with accuracy and professionalism.
- Assist in monitoring client transactions and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with relationship managers to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
