Client Relations Officer

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relations Officer based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Client Relations Officer will be focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, assisting clients with inquiries, and identifying opportunities to meet their needs. Responsibilities also include understanding financial products and services, supporting the client onboarding process, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction and business growth.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of customer service principles and experience in client-facing roles
• Experience in financial services, business development, or related fields
• Adaptability, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and/or Bahasa Indonesia
• Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields (preferred)
• Prior experience in the finance or investment industry is an advantage
