Job Description Client Partner (Indonesia)
Role Overview:
The Client Partner at Moving Walls Sciences (also known as InsightzClub), part of the Moving Walls Group, is responsible for owning, growing, and monetizing assigned client accounts. This role carries clear revenue targets and is accountable for driving account-level growth through repeat business, upsell, and strategic expansion.
The Client Partner acts as the commercial owner of existing client relationships, working closely with Business Development (new client acquisition) and Client Success (delivery & execution) to maximise account value and long-term partnership impact.
This role does not focus on cold hunting, but revenue targets will be set and measured for assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Ownership & Client Strategy
- Own a portfolio of existing client accounts as the primary commercial contact
- Develop and execute account growth plans aligned with revenue targets
- Understand client business priorities and align insights solutions accordingly
- Revenue Growth & Commercial Accountability
- Deliver assigned revenue targets from existing accounts
- Drive repeat business, upsell, and scope expansion opportunities
- Lead commercial discussions, pricing, renewals, and contract negotiations
- Work with BD team on warm expansions into new teams, categories, or markets
- Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Lead client business reviews, planning discussions, and roadmap conversations
- Manage commercial escalations and expectation alignment
- Collaboration with Delivery & Client Success
- Partner closely with Client Success Managers to ensure delivery aligns with commercial commitments
- Support insight storytelling, presentations, and senior stakeholder discussions when required
- Forecasting & Reporting
- Maintain accurate revenue forecasts and pipelines for assigned accounts
- Provide regular updates on account performance against targets
- Share client and market feedback with leadership and internal teams
KPIs & Success Metrics:
- Performance will be measured on revenue delivery, account growth, and retention, including:

Qualifications:
- 610 years of experience in client leadership, consulting, or account growth roles, preferably in market research, consumer insights, analytics, or professional services
- Proven experience owning and delivering revenue targets from existing accounts
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent presentation and client-facing communication abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally with BD and delivery teams
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
- Fluency in English (additional regional languages are an advantage)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
