What you'll do

Ensure flawless project management and client service, by supporting the Client Service team to ensure that projects are delivered on scope, on time and on budget. The Client Manager will also seek ways to grow existing business and add value to other new business pursuits.

  • Be your client's spokesperson, tell their story and communicate their business challenges internally to your team.
  • Ensures all correspondence, materials, presentations, and proposals seen by prospective and existing clients are error-free, of highest quality, relevant to the client's business challenges, and reflective of Landor's approach to Brand Transformation.
  • Oversee the quality of output, having a point of view and need to find solutions to our client's business problems.

What you'll need

  • Strong project management and organisation skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Previous experience successfully managing client projects in an agency environment.
  • An ability to build strong working relationship, internally and externally.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate with clients independently and with confidence.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Fluency in Bahasa and English.
