Client Manager/Account Manager TSP

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and expand clients in the global consumer industry by identifying market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities to drive sustainable company growth.
• Independently manage client relationships, coordinate business and technical alignment, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales and KPI targets.
• Ensure accurate project settlement, monitor payment collection, and efficiently handle multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Build and maintain long-term client partnerships by providing end-to-end support and delivering excellent customer service to maximize client satisfaction.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin Chinese.
• Minimum 2+ year of experience in internet advertising, the consumer industry, overseas markets, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong client acquisition, account management, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to independently develop new business opportunities.
• Proactive, adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment, perform well under pressure, and willing to travel domestically and internationally when required.
• Experience in an advertising agency, e-commerce operation agency, or serving TikTok or Shopee clients is highly preferred.
