Job Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio, building trust with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Represent the client's voice internally by communicating their goals and feedback to our Product, Sales, and Operations teams.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client's business to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities that align with their evolving needs.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and manage successful service delivery, including contract negotiations and renewals.
  • Take full ownership of client escalations and coordinate internal resources to resolve issues smoothly.
  • Create and present strategic account plans to both management and the client.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Client/Account Management, Sales, or Business Development.
  • Proven experience or familiarity with the F&B, Retail, or Supply Chain Distribution sectors.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong ability to network and build rapport across various organizational levels.
  • Skilled in contract negotiations, conflict resolution, and handling difficult conversations.
  • Solid understanding of the sales cycle, financial metrics, and contract terms.
  • Excellent time management with the ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
