Booking Manager - MY (Client Booking Specialist/ Telemarketing/ Telesales)
About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Booking Manager to support our trial class
operations. This role combines telesales and scheduling coordination, where you'll connect with
parents, guide them through our programs, and successfully secure trial class bookings.
What You'll Do
Telesales & Client Engagement
● Follow up on warm leads who have shown interest in joining a trial class
● Contact parents using the company's CRM and hotline system
● Build trust and guide parents toward booking a trial class
● Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
Scheduling & Booking
● Offer and match available trial class time slots based on system availability
● Handle trial class scheduling accurately in the system
Coordination & Support
● Collaborate with business and operational teams to ensure smooth operations
● Maintain accurate data in CRM and internal systems
● Track bookings, attendance, and no-show rates
● Prepare reports on scheduling and conversion performance
What We're Looking For
● Experience in telesales, customer service, or call-based roles
● Strong command of English, both spoken and written (mandatory)
● Confident in making outbound calls and speaking with parents
● Strong communication and persuasion skills
● Target-oriented with a focus on booking conversion
● Detail-oriented and well-organized
● Comfortable using Google Sheets, Google Docs, and CRM systems
● Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
● Able to work independently in a fully remote setup
● Familiar with the Malaysian market; proficiency in Bahasa Melayu (Malaysia) is a strong
advantage
Working Conditions
● 100% Remote, Work From Home
● Working hours: 10 AM – 7 PM (Malaysia Time), including 1 hour break
● 5 working days per week, with 2 days off
● Availability to work on weekends
