Role Description The Client Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Plaza Indonesia. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with clients, responding to inquiries, and providing clear information on products and services, including insurance-related offerings. The Client Advisor will handle client accounts, follow up on service requests, and ensure prompt resolution of issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include documenting client communications, coordinating with internal teams, and preparing reports or summaries of client needs and feedback. The role also involves proactively identifying opportunities to improve the client experience and supporting sales or renewal activities where relevant.

Qualifications

Strong client-facing skills, including Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on building long-term customer loyalty.
Proven Customer Service experience and clear Communication skills to handle inquiries, suggestions, and issue resolution effectively.
Ability to explain product features, warranty terms, and basic Insurance-related information in an accessible, customer-friendly manner.
Previous experience in retail, luxury goods, or watch sales is an advantage.
Minimum 3 years experience in Luxury brand
Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and collaborating within a team.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; Intermediate English communication skills are beneficial.
High level of integrity, professional appearance, and willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
