Role Summary
The Client Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing and converting warm leads generated through our marketing and sales funnels into scheduled patient appointments across our clinic locations. This is a crucial, high-impact role focused primarily on telephone-based sales and relationship building. The role also includes supporting the Marketing team as Akeso's on-ground representative during offline events.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Conversion:
- Proactively call and engage with inbound leads (warm leads) that express interest in our physiotherapy services (e.g., website inquiries, form submissions, promotional responses).
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Akeso Physio Clinics, addressing patient concerns and overcoming objections.
- Nurture leads through the decision-making process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- The primary KPI is the successful conversion of leads into first-time patient bookings.
Appointment Scheduling
- Schedule initial assessment appointments accurately using our internal booking system.
- Collect necessary preliminary patient information to prepare the clinic staff.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Maintain meticulous records of all lead interactions, communication status, and conversion outcomes in the CRM system.
- Follow up on non-converted leads according to established protocols.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with the Clinic Directors and Marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and conversion success.
- Provide regular reports on conversion rates, call volume, and lead status.
Offline Events & Activation
- Assist with event preparation, booth setup, and brand materials.
- Act as the frontline representative at events, engaging visitors professionally.
- Capture leads from walk-ins, QR scans, and enquiries.
- Follow up and convert event leads into clinic bookings (same process as online leads).
- Provide a short event summary: leads captured, conversions, and insights.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, inside sales, or a similar lead conversion role. Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, listening, and rapport-building skills over the phone.
- Sales Drive: A motivated, results-oriented personality with a strong desire to meet and exceed conversion targets.
- Empathy and Professionalism: Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy, maintain strict patient confidentiality, and represent the clinic with the highest level of professionalism.
- Technical Proficiency: Competent in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and booking systems.
Compensation
- Base Salary: A competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
- Incentive Structure: A lucrative and uncapped incentive/commission for each successfully booked new patient appointment.
In essence: This role handles lead conversion from both online and offline channels, including proactive outreach during events.
