I run a small performance marketing agency from Bali. Clients are ecommerce brands in Denmark, the UK and the US: sportswear, luxury bags, skincare, plus a US agency with 5 smaller brands.

Ad spend from 1.000 to 30.000 USD a month per client.

I'm hiring one person to work next to me. Long term, minimum 12 months. Pay is based on what you can do, I am not after the cheapest hire. Monitor will be provided. Its expected that you have Mac computer.

What you'll do

Use Claude daily to automate reporting, research and the boring parts (Claude + Grokbot)

Run Meta Ads day to day, with Google and Pinterest on the side

Report directly to me every day what you've done (Templates for you will be provided)

Occasional Klaviyo flows and campaigns

Tracking that is right every time: Pixel, CAPI, GA4, GTM

Write clear, careful messages that end up in front of clients

What expected of you:

3+ years hands on Meta media buying - show real numbers

You already use Claude (Cowork or Code) in your work, not just ChatGPT for ideas

You take ownership, and are confident to solve a task single handedly

Photoshop or Figma skills is a HUGE plus

Bali based. Min 2 days a week in the office with me in Tumbak Bayuh, 4-5 days at office per week is preferred in the beginning
