Ensure all eligible claims are escalated for deduction or billing to the appropriate parties.
Verify claim allocation data to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
Perform claim data reconciliation in accordance with the established SLA to maintain accuracy and ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure all processed claims are accurately documented and free from discrepancies.

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience with same role.
Preferably to have experience in logistics and or e-commerce companies/startups is highly preferred but not required
Strong proficiency in Ms. Excel/Google Sheet skills
Creative problem solver with good interpersonal skills
Highly numerate with solid analytical skills
Self-starter that is highly capable to work independently
