We are looking for a Claim Insurance Staff (Internal Rental) to manage and process insurance claims for our internal rental fleet. You will handle claim documentation, conduct eligibility assessments, and coordinate end-to-end claim submissions to ensure timely resolution in accordance with PSAKBI and internal policies.
This role requires strong attention to detail, operational discipline, and good communication with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
What You Will DoReceive, review, and verify claim documentation submitted by partners or internal units.
Conduct initial assessment of claim eligibility based on policy terms and PSAKBI (Pedoman Standar Asosiasi Klaim Bidang Industri) guidelines.
Process Motor Vehicle (MV) insurance claims end to end, including registration, data validation, document submission, and insurer coordination.
Maintain organized and accurate claim records using Google Sheets or internal databases.
Monitor claim progress and ensure all cases are handled within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Prepare and submit relevant reports or documentation to external parties, including local police authorities when required.
Provide claim-related updates and support to internal teams as needed.
Minimum Diploma (D3) in Automotive, Insurance, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience as Motor Vehicle Claim Officer or similar insurance claim role.
Understanding of PSAKBI standards and insurance claim eligibility criteria.
Knowledge of end-to-end Motor Vehicle claim processes.
Comfortable working with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive) for documentation and reporting.
Strong attention to detail, administrative discipline, and time management.
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal and external teams.
