Responsibilities

  • Analyze and provide decision non-hospitalization claims, ensure all required documents for non-hospitalization claims are complete and valid.
  • Provide letters to communicate claim decisions to relevant parties.
  • Prepare, provide summaries and send necessary documents to the reassurance.
  • Coordinate with other teams to communicate with customers and resolve any complaints.
  • Engage in ad-hoc projects related to non-hospitalization claims as needed.
  • Attend as a witness in a police station for cases related to claims, do the field investigation as needed.

Requirements

  • Medical degrees (medical doctors are preferred).
  • Having a working in an insurance company, preferably as Claim Analyst
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
  • Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and strong team collaboration skills.
