Summary of The Job
The role encompasses the comprehensive management of the end-to-end claims process, which includes effective communication with various stakeholders, meticulous document handling, system registration, and the escalation of issues to the relevant team members. This position specifically supports the Qoala Gadget Protection business unit, ensuring seamless operations and enhanced customer satisfaction throughout the claims journey.
Responsibilities:
- Respond inquiries related to claim all QGP Product from customer via email and whatsapp
- Ask completed claim documents requested by claim associate to customer via email or whatsapp chat
- Recheck additional documents shared by customer via email or whatsapp, before reupload to dashboard or send to insurance
- Assist claim associate to create AWB
- Respond inquiries from team business in space or whatsapp
Requirements:
- Minimum education D3/S1 in any major
- Have minimum 2 years experience in the same field
- Have good detail orientation, analytical skills, interpersonal skills and information retrieval competencies
- Honest & able to work hard in a team or individually
- Can work under pressure
- Able to use Ms. Excel / Google Sheet (sum, if, vlookup, pivot)
Notes : This is a 6-month contract.
