Civil Inspector - Grand City Balikpapan

Job Descriptions:

• Supervise civil works carried out by contractors to comply with standard procedures.
• Assist the pre-handover team to check the list and handover of consumers. Assist the pre-handover team to check the list and handover of consumers.
• Handle problems that may arise in the civil technical scope, including conducting tests.
• Recheck the list of total items in detail.
• Make weekly report on contractor activities for the progress of work.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Developer or Contractor in housing project
• Having knowledge in civil construction, working drawings, and structural materials.
• Having knowledge to make RAB.
• Computer literate (Ms. Office, AutoCAD).
• Willing to be placed in Balikpapan.
