Lead, coordinate, and supervise civil engineering activities related to mining operations and supporting infrastructure.
Prepare and review engineering designs for main hauling roads, access roads, bridges, culverts, drainage systems, and other mining infrastructure.
Prepare engineering designs for supporting facilities, including office buildings, mess/accommodation facilities, workshops, warehouses, and other civil structures.
Perform and/or review geotechnical analyses relevant to road construction, slope stability, earthworks, foundations, retaining structures, and other civil works.
Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), material quantity calculations, cost estimates, and project budgets (RAB) for civil construction works.
Develop technical specifications, construction drawings, work methods, and engineering recommendations.
Evaluate and optimize civil designs by considering constructability, safety, operational requirements, cost efficiency, and site conditions.
Monitor and control the execution of civil construction works to ensure compliance with approved designs, technical specifications, quality standards, budget, and project schedule.
Provide technical solutions for civil and infrastructure issues arising during mining operations.
Coordinate with Mine Engineering, Operation, HSE, Procurement, contractors, consultants, and other relevant stakeholders.
Review contractor proposals, technical submissions, progress, quantities, and civil work deliverables.
Ensure that all civil engineering works comply with applicable engineering standards, company requirements, and relevant regulations.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience as a Civil Engineer, preferably within the mining, infrastructure, or heavy construction industry.
Proven experience in the design and construction of mining hauling roads, bridges, drainage systems, earthworks, and supporting infrastructure.
Strong capability in quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and project budgeting/RAB.
Good understanding of geotechnical engineering, soil mechanics, slope stability, foundation works, and earthwork management.
Experienced in designing buildings and supporting facilities for mining operations.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering standards, construction methods, material specifications, and quality control.
Able to review engineering drawings, technical calculations, and contractor submissions.
Proficient in relevant engineering/design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other applicable civil engineering software.
Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
Able to work effectively in a mining site environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Placement: Subsidiary of PT Dua Delapan Resources – South Jakarta.

Candidates with extensive hands-on experience in mine infrastructure development and civil engineering projects in mining operations will be highly preferred.
